Being short on time doesnt mean you cant get a brutal workout in. Ive been busy of late & as such have been including plenty of supersets, triple sets & giant sets into my routine (2, 3 & 4 exercises performed back to back). It allows for more volume in less time, shorter rest periods & more efficient sessions. Heres my chest, back & arms workout from today. I got through all of this in roughly 50 minutes. Perform the exercises in each giant set back to back with no rest. Take 60-90 seconds rest after completing each set & between each giant set. ✅ 12 x Chin Up ✅ 12 x Incline DB Press ✅ 10 each x Single Arm DB Row ✅ 20 x Decline Cable Flye ✅ 12 x Incline Bench Press ✅ 12 x Seated Machine Row ✅ 10 each x Seated Chest Concentration Press ✅ 10 each x Single Arm Wide Grip Lat Pull Down ✅ 20 x Standing Alternating DB Bicep Curl ✅ 10 x DB Skullcrusher ✅ 10 x Standing Cable Curl ✅ 20 x V-Bar Tricep Pushdown
