Being the health nut that I am, I cant stress enough that what you do now can seriously effect your body now and in the future. It is important that we love our bodies and keep them healthy and nourished properly and that we get a good amount of sleep. I know the term YOLO is popular with people who say hey just eat and do whatever because this is your only chance to and in small doses can be fine, as long as you are spacing them out. But from experience you will enjoy this life far more if you are conscious about what you do to your body. It is important to exercise, and this does not mean going to the gym and doing 100 lifts or squats but it does mean getting up and being active for at least 60 to 90 minutes. Even a simple 30 minute walk can recharge you and clear your mind. So remember, anything can be physical activity; running, jogging (this includes running/jogging in place), hula hooping, or simply playing with your pooch. You must pay just as much if not more attention to what you put into your body. Ive seen countless people eat a bag of chips for breakfast which, honestly, is the craziest thing ever (in my opinion). I know healthy foods can be expensive and it is very hard to afford when you dont have enough money in your food budget, but doing research about what you do eat and figuring out healthy choices that work with your budget can really do wonders. Get plenty of rest and try some deep stretching or yoga to help clear your mind and help you feel recharged and relaxed. Trust me, your body will thank you immensely. Also if you can, try finding a multi vitamin you like, they are so helpful, especially if you arent getting enough of something in your body. Thanks for reading my rant!
