Being the silent majority, I always keep my opinions on Singapore politics and government policies to myself. However, the misbehavior of a group of protestors at last Saturday at Hong Lim Park disrupting a YMCA event organized for the elderly and children of special needs make me break my silence to condemn their behavior in my own Facebook. YMCA is a Christian welfare organization to serve the poor and needy. Not a political or grassroots organization. Dont exploit the poor and needy and elderly for political ends. The months of hardwork and effort put in by the children of special needs for this event was destroyed by a few selfish and self righteous people for their own goals.
