Belated well done to yesterdays weekend athletes: Tony Robinson - why Tony, why!? Why do you insist on improving on a weekly basis and forcing me to progress your routine and make it harder!? Do you think I enjoy doing it? Why cant you just coast along in your training like other people choose to do i.e. going through the motions, never getting anywhere and basically challenging me to not lose my mind whilst I train them! Its people like you that actually make me have to work for my money! Honestly, i lose all faith in people I really do. Paul Kelleher - youre just like Tony! First you talk about getting focused on train and wanting to be healthier, leaner and in better shape. Then you actually go and walk the walk as well as talking the talk by committing to training 6 times per week and following my advice as closely as possible. Next you actually train with focus, determination, discipline and effort. Lastly, you start getting results, dropping bodyfat and looking in better shape than ever before and I have to spend my free time ensuring your programme is the best I can make it as I want you get the best results possible! Youve blatantly played on my passion and committment to my clients and job and are totally taking advantage of it. You will be punished. Emma Woodman - 3 times around Emma! Well done on the effort. Its taken time to get back up to speed, though it was worth waiting for. Glad you achieved it. No ranting required here. Steve Fenn - postural assessment complete. Corrective exercise routine to follow along with better posture, reduced (and eventually eliminated) pain and improved function and health. Stay well and happy!
