Beloved, when all is said and done, the only reason God put us here on Earth is to learn THE LESSON OF LOVE. GOD IS LOVE and for Him to say He wants us to know Him means that He wants us to understand what LOVE is. Let me start by saying: the LOVE of God for us was immensely tested when we all went astray. We all forgot Him and turned into sinners. What would He do? Was He going to leave us to perish? Was He going to send us all to hell? But of course you know that He became one of us [Emmanuel] and went ahead to save us from the power of sin and death, even if it meant a shameful death on the cross. Ah, behold, what manner of love God showed to you and me! Incomparable! Incomprehensible! Immeasurable! That is who God is to us: LOVE, HALLELUJAH! Similarly, you can be sure that every day, and I said everyday [ and that includes today,] your LOVE METER will be tested. Yes, every single day your life will always be put on the LOVE METER. If you are married, your love will be tested through your husband, or wife [and don’t many fail here! Oops!]. Your love levels will be tested through your children. Some may cease to be the angels you always thought they would be, and then your love for them will be severely tested. You are being taught to love AT ALL TIMES. If you have brothers and sisters, your love levels will be tested through them. They will do the crazy stuff you do not expect. They will come to you with issues that need to be addressed. And yeah, your love will be tested through your parents and your relatives. If you are dating, your love will be tested through your partner. To those who are employed, your love will be tested through your bosses, and bosses, you will be tested through employees. Yes beloved, you will be tested through your neighbors. Can you love them at their worst? Men and women of God, your love will be tested through those who are under you. Can you love and bear with them even when they fall over and over again? What of when they betray your trust? What of when they walk out on the ministry when you need them the most? What of when they go back to the sin which you have spent years bringing them out of it? God will let men misbehave so we can learn the lesson of love. You will even be tested through strangers. They will come to you with needs you never budgeted for? You will see them in need of food and clothing and shelter. Will you simply ignore? God is watching. Your love for God will be tested. Do you love Him more than the things that He gives you, or is it just those things that you want? Can you stay with God at your worst? Or do you simply praise Him at your best? You are on His radar. Your love for God will be tested through your finances. Do you spend only them on your pleasures and forget His kingdom needs to grow? Do you love Him enough to give Him His rightful tithes and offerings even if it means you will be in want for the rest of your month? God will put difficult people in your life; not in vain, but TO IMPROVE YOUR LOVE METER. Your boss may be the worst one could imagine, but you see most people are broken; and hurting people hurt other people. They do not know anything but to be hurt, and so they hurt. This is the reason God says in Romans 5: THE LOVE OF GOD HAS BEEN SHED ABROAD UPON OUR HEARTS, because God wants to use us to heal and restore those who are broken. Now, even when we are waiting for our own healing, the Holy Spirit teaches us how to love. He is teaching us PERFECT LOVE. This kind of love does not have partiality: it loves both the wicked and the just and wants to see all restored back to the King. Of course with our God there is always SPACE AND TIME to repent; but if this is not delivered, then there comes sudden judgment [and that without remedy]. So, the love of God is not foolish: if we do not turn after being given the opportunity to do so, He says ‘I WILL COME AND REMOVE YOUR CANDLE OUT OF IT’S PLACE’. That means being taken away. God will not stand by and watch while the wicked destroy and harass the just; no, for He is the JUDGE of the world, and He says in His Word that it is righteous with Him to ‘recompense with tribulation those who trouble you’ as His child. But He wants the wicked to turn; He has no pleasure in the death, or punishment of the wicked. As a matter of fact, if He punishes the wicked and He sees you rejoicing over it [while Himself He is not doing so, but it grieves Him, and He does so with the most reluctance], He will turn from His anger and let them go. You are not to rejoice at the punishment of the wicked; but you may rejoice at your liberation from their grip and their works. God wants His sinning children to repent; and most importantly He wants us to learn to love others, as ‘unloveable’ as they are. When we do so, we are learning to BE PERFECT AS OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IS. Beloved, LOVE IS THE BOND OF PERFECTION: when you have learned it well, you will then be ready to be with Him. Now, if you know I am speaking to you, then you say it now: ‘FATHER, PERFECT YOUR LOVE IN ME’, AND RECEIVE HIS TOUCH TODAY; I DECREE A DIVINE TRANSFORMATION AND AN INFILLING OF LOVE OVER YOU SO EVERYONE WILL SAY ‘SURELY GOD IS IN YOU’ IN JESUS NAME!!!
