Ben wakes up on the couch in Ashleys office. Ashley is there to say good morning. Jack and Abby go looking for Ashley at the lab, Abby points out Ben is wearing the same clothes as the day before. Victoria walks the baby in her stroller thru the park dedicated to Katherine, and explains to the baby how she got her name. Paul, Christine, Lauren, Kevin, Gloria and Jeff are at the club for a celebration but Michael is not there. Phyllis goes to see Michael at his office. Its Lauren and Michaels anniversary. Paul and Lauren had news but the anniversary is more important. Idk if Christine is pregnant or if they are gonna announce again that they are trying for a baby. Phyllis asks Michael for legal advice about her money while she was in a coma, Michael has something to tell her. Summer and Austin prepare for a lunch with Phyllis and Jack. Abby calls Ben out about being drunk and spending the night at Jabot. Jack isnt happy. Jack fires Ben, Ashley and Abby out loud both say No lol There was a transaction from Phyllis bank account while she was in a coma. She thinks someone stole from her. Ashley and Abby fight for Ben to stay at Jabot. Jack sympathizes. For sure Ben and Ashley slept together. Ben finally hears Victorias voicemail. Victoria describes Katherine to Katie♡ Victoria is going to make a choice! Phyllis shows up at Summer and Austins apartment. Phyllis asks about the selling of the penthouse. Gloria calls Michael. Gloria takes Kevins phone from him. Everyone is wondering where Michael is. Michael is at his office and is in alot of pain, he lays down on the couch in his office. Jeff asks Paul for advice about his lawsuit and criminal charges on Ben. Christine explains to Jeff she can still charge him for messing with a mans life. Ben shows up at Victorias house. Gloria asks about the blog? Kevin is writing, she thinks hes in trouble again. I didnt know he was writing these days. Victoria wants to try a relationship with Ben again. Jack thinks Victor is up to something. Phyllis finds out Jack sold her penthouse. Phyllis accuses Summer of forgetting about her. Phyllis cancels lunch and leaves. Michael shows up at the athletic club. Ben and Victoria talk. Paul calls Ben and tells him the DA is dropping the charges. Christine is pregnant! She took a home pregnancy test. Ashley and Abby talk and Tobias walks in. He said Ben told him to help him out. Tobias is taking pics of documents and Ashley caught him but doesnt see the phone he used to take pics. Jack talks to Summer and Austin about Phyllis. Victoria and Ben talk about what he should do about his past charges. Ashley hides her bra from Abby. Michael tries lying about why he is late. Kevin calls him out tells him to tell the truth or he will. Austin asks Summer if maybe Phyllis knows about Kelly and Jack being together. Hes a smart one ;) Phyllis goes to the club to see Kelly.
