Beno Minassian Marcus Garcia Jason Southard Duquette Shada Azazmeh Sharif Moriano Taline Bawab Its Sunday... and you know what lets take today outdoor, why not Grab a friend that will motivate you. go find a park or an outdoor area that you feel comfortable at and lets do the following, lets have a full body workout that will make you sweat and enjoy the rest of your day feeling fresh, all you need to do is: 1. Get your ass off the couch 2. Get to whatever area you like 3. the Workout: a. STEP UPS : Going Fast but be safe complete 25 reps/leg rest for 10 seconds then complete 20 reps/leg rest 10 seconds and compete another 15 reps/leg. b. PUSH-UPS : Do a total of 25 reps, 30 seconds rest 20 reps, 30 seconds rest , 15 reps, 30 seconds rest. 10 reps, 30 seconds rest and complete the last set till failure. c. SITUPS : Complete 5 sets of 25-30 reps, resting 10 seconds max between sets d. SPLIT-SQUATS : Complete a total of 4 sets 20 reps each set resting 10 seconds between sets. Jog/Run for 10 15 minutes and then all you need to do is lay down on the grass and enjoy the rest of this sunny day :D
