Berkeley needs to get it together with all these you owe money now or be charged emails/messages. One message: You must register for classes by third week of instruction or be charged $150. Next message: You must pay 20% of fees to be officially registered, and deadline is August 15th. Yes, I know there is a grace period. But instead of just sending messages of impending doom, they may want to include that about financial aid and that it will all click in around the same time, so those of us who are dependent on grants and scholarships dont keep freaking out.
