Berwald sat in his study, he was supposed to be doing paperwork. Of course he wasnt. He couldnt focus. Instead he had his head down on his desk thinking of the events in the past, what? Nine? Ten months or so? Meeting Mathias as a girl, getting drunk, the start of their relationship, then Mathias was pregnant, and now they had a baby. Had they rushed things? These past months had felt like a blur. Too fast for him to get a grip on. He shook his head, standing up. This was not something to think about right now. Perhaps he should just get some sleep. He slowly walked up the steps to his room, leaving his unfinished paperwork to be done in the morning.
