For 2013’s conference, the leaders interviewed by Bill Hybels were Colin Powell, Mark Burnett, and Bob Goff. Sharing his life experiences, Colin Powell shared that most followers always want to be seen as humans. Powell also shared about his struggle against racism and segregation.
