Pritz, Waterloo SC Makes mouth-watering meat loaf sandwiches. 2 pounds ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 slices bread, crumbled 1 egg 1 1/2 cups ketchup, , divided 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs and egg add one cup catsup. Once all is moistened, form a loaf shape and place into a 9 x 9 baking dish coated with non-stick vegetable spray. In a small mixing bowl, blend together remaining catsup, vinegar and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour catsup mixture on top of meat loaf.
