Betty Jean Meals Thetford Humboldt, TN Funeral services for Ms. Betty Jean Meals Thetford, age 80, will be held at 10 AM on Monday, July 28, 2014 in the Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5 PM until 9 PM. Ms. Thetford, a retired supervisor for Owens-Corning, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Decatur Co. Manor in Parsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Ms. Thetford is survived by two daughters, Brenda Jean(Patrick) Lawrence of Memphis and Patti Ann (Michael) Hudgens of Parsons; two sons, Ronny (Kaye) Meals of Lexington and Bobby (Penny) Meals of Nashville; and a sister, Patsy Martin and husband Robert of Bartlett; a niece, Carla Martin; a nephew, Randy Martin; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
