Between the commute to and from work, picking up the kids from school, taking them to sports practice, cooking dinner, and keeping up with other household errands, let’s face it, not everyone has the time to spend hours in the gym weight training. So how are we supposed to fit in getting a great resistance training without going to the gym? Resistance bands are the answer! Not only are they portable, but they offer numerous levels of resistance so you can still achieve that “toned” look without spending hours in the gym!
