Beware Beware Beware Eden Affectees Beware It has come to our notice that Eden Management has contacted Allottees of Houses of different projects and offered them Plots in lieu of Houses. In this connection Eden Affectees are advised in their own interest to take into consideration and probe thoroughly the following points before further proceedings; 1. Whether the offered Plots have the same price at the time of booking. As the Houses were got booked at the price prevailing in the market at that time. Now value of Real Estate has increased many times. Therefore houses must be exchanged with plots considering both at Booking Price or both at Market Price. 2. Whether the project / scheme where Plots are being offered is approved by LDA. 3. Whether the Scheme / Plots are free from any litigation. 4. Whether the Deal is being documented on legal papers. 5. Whether the Possession Time intimated / promised is rational / acceptable.
