Bhagawan Nityananda: ‘Once who sees this ‘One’, will not - TopicsExpress

Bhagawan Nityananda: ‘Once who sees this ‘One’, will not forget’ ! Bhagawan #Nityananda would say that salutations to any ‘Divine Power’ any where and anytime- would reach ‘HERE’. Merely being in the presence or having the ‘vision’ of this Great Avdhoota opened the ‘gate to the beyond’, which HE put it as, ‘Once who sees this ‘One’, will not forget’: this was experienced by many devotees. ~ Smt. Kaikini of Dadar was an ardent devotee of a Kirtankar (master of discourse) and she would accompany him to ‘Wari’ (religious trek to Pandharpur). One year it so happened that she attended the discourse of another Kirtankar, angering the former one, who forbade her from attending the discourse and attending the ‘Wari’. This shocked Smt. Kaikini who almost lost her mental balance. It was then that, Smt. Muktabai a devotee of Nityananda, brought her to Baba and the situation was narrated to HIM. HE responded, “How can there be bheda (difference) in Jnana (wisdom) - HE further pointed to the ground and proclaimed, “THIS is #Pandharpur, where is the need for Wari”. After that for the next two years, whenever she left for Wari she’d fall sick and would be unable to go. It was then that she became aware of Nityananda’s indication and she stopped her Wari. A few years later when she suddenly fell ill, her son was about to call the doctor, she restrained him, saying, ‘Nityananda is at the door to take me’ so saying she left her mortal coils within a few minutes. ~ Another such instance is of Tonse Sitabai, who demurred from being formally initiated by the great sage Siddharudha Swami of Hubli, in spite of the desperate efforts of her younger sister; once when she visited Hubli, she accompanied her sister to #Siddharudha Swami, where on seeing her remarked that, she was far beyond needing ‘initiation’ and that she was guided by a ‘Great Power’’: Evidently Nityananda was that Power- the very form of Omkara ! . ~ Source: Source: “NITYANANDA”- God upon the Iron Horse - by S.
