October 22, 2014 I am committed daily to reading daily from the Old Testament; also from the New; a glance at Holy Women Holy Men of The Episcopal Church and always then something from the Qur’an; and a hadith. And, I am posting daily comments on Facebook. OT Reading the CEV (Contemporary English Version) in course. Ecclesiastes 1:1-12. Everything that has happened has happened before. Now I am 98# under my gross maximum of 290#, and there still remain 12# of fat and blubber to get to my goal of 180# on my home scale and 20# of fat and blubber to get to 180# on my doctor’s scale. I am now ten pounds over where I should be on my goal to be at 172# on Nov. 30th. I have accomplished 85% of goal, with 15% remaining. I had done 297 near consecutive days of Royal Canadian Air Force exercises. Yesterday was Ocala Business Leaders, Central Florida Eye for an exam, Art Meadow’s Jewelry to fix something, time at home, Micanopy tutoring from 2:15 – 5:15, and choir at 6 pm. Today is early voting, clergy study group, probably lunch, go buy at 17 ½ neck shirt if I can find one I like, go to Williston Rehab and plenty of work at home in the house and in the yard.
