Bible said we are the slave of God.in d book of ROMAN 6 VS 16 - 18 Said : Do you know dat to whom you present yourself slaves to obey, you are those ones slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, of obidience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin yet you obey from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delievered. And have been set free from sin you became slaves of RIGHTEOUSNESS. So there nothing like son of God.
