Bicyclist heading south on 15th turned a bit too wide westward on Pine, careened into the rear wheel well of a stopped car and while the bike only jumped up about 30°, the rider performed a complete flip over the trunk and landed on her side behind the car. The driver got out to help, along with everyone at the bus stop. I tweeted it. #helping The rider was very dazed-looking, but conscious, and the ambulance showed up in about 5 minutes. The car driver looked extremely worried. It almost looked like the cyclist was just going too fast to turn tightly enough to stay in their lane. Exciting way to start the morning!
