Big On the Pig (Jeff Nifong) Chicken Legs Recipe • Brine chicken legs for about 12 hours, any brine will do. • Rinse chicken legs with cold water, and pat dry. • Have the Royall Grill at 250 degrees. • Apply a little olive oil and Worcestershire sauce to legs, and coat with royall chicky Dust seasoning and rub. • Cook at 250 degrees for about 4.5 Hours, until the chicken leg internal temperature is 165 degrees. • Every hour, baste the chicken legs with more olive oil and Worcestershire sauce to keep the legs moist • Remove from the grill and ENJOY!
