Biggest Iftar in the World Masjid al-Haram in Makkah witnesses the biggest Iftar in the world. More than 12,000 meters of table cloth are stretched daily for Iftar in the mosque area. It daily costs 1 million Saudi riyals (around $290,000). The iftars don’t last more than 15 minutes. The meal is sponsored by various benefactors. The meals consist of Zam Zam, dates, juice, milk and cakes.
