For those thanks giving meals hire out of house caterers. thats right give back to main street USA. 2. (This one applies to all retailers) Give your employees not just deep discounts but incredible discounts especially on Black Friday when most of your conveniently under full time ( Under the required hours per week threshold where some states require you to give benefits or pay a portion of benefit plans. ) Will be working and will not have the benefit of being able to shop other stores before all the deals are gone. 3. Cut waste, not your waist and not the companys waste. Consumer waste your cheap products manufactured oversees with very little attention to product quality assurance from kids toys to major appliances. You are not helping us, by clogging our landfills and wasting our money if 10 more dollars can make a refrigerator tv or bicycle last 10 years instead of 2 then we will live better period.
