Billions of government dollars spent on the technology far beyond what we have ever seen before. When a government agency invented a microchip that can give man immortality and a wealth of knowledge no man has ever possessed, they sent out a government agent to deliver this microchip to a lab so they may insert it into a human host. Quickly on his way out, due to being late because his alarm failed to wake him up, the government agent quickly grabs the microchip and put it in his briefcase to be delivered. Unknown to him, he forgot to lock the other half of the suitcase. Realizing his haste was useless since he bought valuable time by skipping Breakfast, the agent decides to take a stroll by his favorite park. Quietly he watches the ducks chow down on the soggy bread Ms. Kopperpott has spread for them, as she does every Monday morning. Failing to pay attention, the agent bumps into a man. He apologizes and goes on his way, not knowing that the jolt he gave to his briefcase caused the microchip to slip out, and fall onto the ground. Some hours pass, and a duck, so named Mr. Quacks by old Ms. Kopperpott, wonders to the side of his duck companions to try to find a feast of his own. He spots something, nothing he has ever seen. Its the microchip. It looks delicious. He eats it. The microchip fuses with Mr. Quacks duck brain and overloads it. A wealth of knowledge, much that a simple duck cannot understand fills his brain. He begins to spaz. More and more the microchip releases its power on Mr. Quacks. Its too much for his tiny duck brain. Be begins to spill all the knowledge. He spills everything from the simple making of a toaster to Top Secret government secrets. Mr. Quacks brain ceases to function. His body is in full power of the microchip. The microchip begins to malfunction and Mr. Quacks begins to spark. The microchip accidentally releases Mr. Quacks growth hormones. Mr. Quack grows in size. He makes so much noise. Skipping about, the microchip stops working. Mr. Quacks fights to control his body. The over powering of the microchip sets it off to erupt. There is nothing for Mr. Quacks now. He is done for.
