Biography of Master Plang Srisakda Arjarn Plang Srisakda was born in Suphanburi. His family was farmers and made a kind of traditional Thai musical instruments called Piphat Mon. Arjarn Plang’s original name was Mr. Non Srisakda. He was a Sak Yant Arjarn (master) in Suphanburi. Villagers in those days called him Arjarn Non Rua-Ngam because his boat was very beautiful as he wrote occult characters on his entire boat gracefully. When Arjarn Plang entered to the capital for military service during the reign of King Rama 5, he had opportunity to be a craftsman for Ananda Samakhom Throne Hall. During this time Arjarn Plang met Arjarn Saeng Chaisorn (Samsen) who was the greatest master and originator of Na-Eut-Ta-Rang Yantra. With faith in Arjarn Saeng, he obtained Yantra tattoo from Arjarn Saeng and attached himself to be Arjarn Saeng’s pupil for more Sak Yant learning to increase his existing knowledge. Arjarn Plang considered Arjarn Saeng Chaisorn as his last master who he finished learning traditional Thai Sak Yant. Arjarn Plang took care of Arjarn Saeng Chaisorn until Arjarn Saeng passed away. All along Arjarn Plang made Na-Eut-Ta-Rang Yantra on people’s neck and used this Yantra as his symbolic Sak Yant until World War in eastern Asia in the year 1942. During that time, bombs were dropped from fighter aircrafts on Phra Sumeru Fortress, Phra Ar-tid Road, nearby Arjarn Plang’s house. All residents in household already fled away from danger of war, but Arjarn Plang escaped to nowhere. He just prayed in his house; and when he heard the alarm from Wat Phu Khao Thong where the plane was bombing, he came out waving red flags. This surprised a lot of people because the bombs dropped from the plane did not explode at all. People believed that it was the Buddha’s grace power of Yantra flag waved by Arjarn Plang. For this reason, at the end of the war, Arjarn Plang Srisakda became a very famous and popular Sak Yant master. As the hearsay of Arjarn Somjai Srisakda, Arjarn Plang’s son, on that Yantra flag there were occulted characters including Yant Buddha Nimit and Yant Itipiso eight directional mantra written by Arjarn Plang himself. During the time Arjarn Plang working for Sak Yant, he tattooed Yantra to Police Major General Khunphan Rajchadej, a policeman who was well-known for quashing of necromancer criminal in different regions. He also tattooed to soldiers, polices, and civil service agencies, as well as many important people in those days.
