Biologic Integrative Healthcare will be at Supreme Fitness next week to offer BIAs! What is a BIA? BIA stands for Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. The BIA machine is able to determine your body composition in a matter of minutes. Pairing these results with our FirstLine Therapy lifestyle change program we can create a plan specifically for you to help you lose weight, gain muscle mass, reduce stress, and much more! Sarah Hudon, Lifestyle Educator, and Dr. Steven Moore, ND, will be at Supreme Fitness at the following times to offer BIAs: Monday, August 18th from 5-7pm Wednesday, August 20th from 12:45-2:15pm Friday, August 22nd from 8-10am These BIAs are FREE!
