Birdsong Sangria 2 bottles Birdsong Marechal Foch (or another dry red wine) 3 bottles Birdsong She Smiled 2 oranges (cut in 8ths) 1 lemon (quartered) 1 lime (quartered) 1 small package frozen strawberries Combine wine, squeezed citrus fruit juice and peel, and strawberries. Soak overnight in the refrigerator. Pour through a strainer the next morning and add sugar to taste. Start with ½ cup and add in ¼ cup increments until it reaches desired sweetness. Serve in a glass over a frozen fruit mix. We use strawberries, pineapple and peaches. Cheers
