Birthday adventure: Rossis Vintage Arcade & Pizzeria. TL;DR = worth the trip! The good: good quality pizza. The cracker thin crust held up reasonably well to high-fat toppings. I imagine it would be crisp throughout with healthier toppings. It had a desirable smoky smell and taste to it that confirmed it was cooked in a proper oven. Good quality toppings too. A small Chocolate Shoppe bar is available in the unlikely event you did not gorge yourself to exploding on pizza. If you get a big enough group they have 30 monster pizzas! The really good: MANY old-school arcade machines for still only a quarter per play! Galaga, Pac-Man, original GAUNTLET, Joust, Centipede, Street Fighter, Dig-Dug, Asteroids, Space Invaders, Frogger, and more, plus several old school pinball machines. Happy nostalgia! The not-so-good: this is an ideal place to take a whole mess of pre-teens for a birthday party, which means that folks do exactly that - lots of birthday parties. This creates a predictable math problem. With only a little more than a dozen tables, you have lots of people taking up tables when they are neither waiting for food, eating, nor even present at all. It can be quite a trick to get a table to eat. Also not-so-good: no beer. Sometimes good pizza needs good beer. I understand it doesnt make sense given their target market. I probably would have made the same decision in my business plan. But still, I wanted a beer.
