Biscuits and Gravy Casserole 1 pound sausage 1 pkg pork gravy mix (I used McCormick Sausage Flavor Country Gravy) 1 c. shredded cheddar 6 eggs 1/2 c. milk salt/pepper to taste 1 8oz. can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits Preheat to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with vegetable spray or whatever you use. Take the biscuits and cut them into 1 inch pieces (I just tore them) and line bottom of pan. Brown sausage and scatter over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheddar. Whisk eggs and milk; add salt/pepper to taste and pour it over the pan. Make gravy mix as directed and pour over pan. Bake 30-45 minutes and enjoy!
