Bittersweet day today.... Our last Friday here. Last time Ill drive from this house to the kids school... Last time my house will be the same. But God is awesome and hell get me through those bittersweet moments where I randomly shed a tear thinking about all 30+ of our foster kids and the good and bad memories weve shared in this house. Or the fact that my daughter was 6 months old when we bought this house and she learned to walk and crawl here. Weve had my best friend and Romeos biological big brother live with us here too. I mean the list goes on... Too many. 7.5 years worth. But I type this in grace, humbleness, and faith because as hard as it is to let those memories go... Not only physically am I being cleansed. My soul and spiritual self are being cleansed. And that. .. That is a beautiful thing to go through as a Christian and person. That is all folks. Enjoy your day.
