Black Diamonds We need more schools and platforms to train people how to SPEAK, especially leaders. Your content of your written notes and speech might be powerful but you need the ART of speaking? -You dont need English to speak, you need the ART, -You dont need to be fast like the Americans, - You have to speak into your notes, otherwise seat down and do copies of your notes or speech if you are unable to speak to your report, notes or speech, Reading own speech word by word shows the level of how unprepared one is, I have read most of the speeches of opening of Parliament ( SONA), they are powerful documents. We need to change the way they are spoken ( ART), the people are not opposing the contents actually, it is the way people speak, Have you ever gone to a shop not ready to purchase but the sales man elevates your desire to purchase? That is the ART needed to leaders.
