Black Friday sale starts tonight! “Midnight” could be anywhere between 9pm and 3am, depending on where you are vs. what time zone a retailer uses online. Which makes it particularly maddening when retailers fail to note the time zone when they say “midnight” in their ads, or flat out refuse to confirm their online sale hours even after their in-store hours have been long known and published. Here’s a cheat sheet for what “midnight” could mean to you as an online shopper: You’re on Eastern Time - 12am-3am You’re on Central Time – 11pm-2am You’re on Mountain Time – 10pm-1am You’re on Pacific Time – 9pm-12am
