Blaise Soccer Elite Training respect ALL of the VOLUNTEERS in sport everywhere who give of their time to help kids. The term Professional(Elite) is more reference to the Approach and ATTITUDE of what we DO. Coaching makes the difference, it is wrong to to assume that players can reach their potential with volunteer. Coaching is not someone sitting at the bench filling out team sheets and yelling at the kids play harder. Coaching is teaching, you need to have mastered the skills yourself, know how to impart that knowledge and correct performance. This requires EXPERIENCE and TRAINING. When it comes time for your child to try out for an elite team, be it at the university, provincial, national or professional level, trophies or winning as metric for success count for nothing. FUNDAMENTALS are what really matter, if your child has mastered those, there is a very good chance they will find success that they desire.
