Blanchard for President: 2016. It is critically important to our public safety that our police and military forces have the arms and ammunition they need to do their jobs. I was shocked to learn that, because of soaring public demand for ammunition, police forces had to put their supplies on back order. Public safety force orders should be given priority by law and filled before private use orders are filled.
