Blanket cleaning update Moving along very rapidly inefficiently. Finishing approximately 2 to 3 barns a week depending on how many are in a barn. As I have been telling Barns there could be as long as a two month turnaround time. That turnaround find was short lived. It is actually been closer to and been more like A month and a half. As I work through what came in during August it will be much faster. And soon they will be done as they come on when backlog is gone. Four instance if Two Barns come in the same day or even three I cant possibly do them all simultaneously and somebody will have to come first and the others later. However Ive been very pleased with the turnaround time considering the amazing volume. Im managing the volume a bit different this year and Ive been more productive....and a lit more time in shop till late at night. Still doing nothing less than 300 a-month and more. Its not time to panic. If no more blankets come in this year, (hypothetically speaking... Fat chance) Im confident I could have everything on hand , without counting them now, finished by the end October, if that gives any perspective. Providing repairs are minimal and nothing goes wrong.
