Blessings come in a great variety for which a wise parent must respond with gratitude. In one week this parent can express two distinct blessings that span the greatness of life and a close brush of death with two different children. Last Saturday was a big high when Lauren opened her mission call to find she will be serving in the Iquitos, Peru Mission for 18 months her excitement and exhilaration was electric. We are pleased she will be committed to give completely of herself in a third world country loving the people of Peru. At about 12:30pm today, Nick was going north on Oneida Street through the intersection at Atlantic Street when a driver pulled into the intersection, he hit the brakes and slid into the the car t-boning it. He was partially unconscious and suffered a concussion. We are blessed beyond measure that Nick was allowed to walk away from this experience. He tells us that this experience has given him a reason to close the book "My Life On A Motorcycle" Yes, we are blessed beyond measure, thank-you God!
