Bloody technology haha! After playing around with site design, pricing and getting feedback I have finalized it all!! Now you can get all the benefits of having a tailored workout schedule, train in your own time and have me there to keep tabs weather its solo, or groups, and extra challenges can now be run online ! ;) So far the app is mint, making all round training and schedules run smoother and more efficiently, video workouts, training plans and progress tracking are no longer left in my diaries messy hands hehe and you all have the tools you need at the touch of a finger! Iv brought the pricing right down on my online training because well health and fitness guidance should cost the earth to be honest! check it out
