Bodyfat testing: The good, the bad and the ugly. Whilst some people are of the opinion that The Biosignature Modulation is a load of crap. The fact is opinions are alot like bum holes everyone has got one, normally its crap. The GOOD?? Here at Precision Fitness, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the industry with getting results. So we will measure our clients Body fat via our Biosignature Assessment. A lot of the things we know when measuring our clients BF%, we can see just by looking at the individual but in order to get a true understanding of what is going on we match this up with the clients Nutrition and bloodwork to assess how the client is going to get results. The Bad?? So when people say to me Biosignature is a waste of my time and money, I say to them you obviously havent had a good assessment or you werent willing to give the recommendations a try. I can safely say we have helped 100s of clients change their body compositions through Biosignature assessment, Nutrition and Bloodwork reading. They key is to understand how it works and what you need to do to change your composition. Some of the Bad traits to this form of measurement is its consistency of the measurer. Everyone has to start somewhere and human error can occur at times (IE you come in one week and drop 1% and then next fortnight you go back up 2%??) Like I said human error can occur, but if your assessor is completing enough of these per week then he should get very consistent and if your not dropping guess what?? ITS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO FIX!!! The ugly?? Well again that just comes down to opinion. Some people prefer to go and get a dexa scan thats great, congrats to you hope the computer gives you a 100% accurate reading. But does it tell you how yo remedy the situation? Does it live and breath like you? So does it tell you how to detoxify? To all of the above the answer is NO! On top of that machines have errors also, Rolls royce have engines that malfunction, BMW have systems that malfunction and sometimes the software on your computer can become bugged, so the dexa scan isnt bulletproof either. My point here is why not get both, my clients get Biosig assessed by me, then go to dexa. I give them feedback, dexa backs me up and at the end of the day I help the clients get results and there is no doubting that, ask my clients and they will tell you. If something works stick with it, if somethings not working change, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result!
