Bogart seems to be doing okay. He had another injection at 6pm and has another one scheduled for 2am. The swelling has reduced already. It seem it wasnt a jararaca that bit him. It was probably a less venomous snake. Dr Andre said he would be dead by now if it was one. He seems to have got lucky. If there are no complications later then he had a lucky escape. He is due his mange injection tomorrow not sure yet if he can have that plus the anti allergic and anti inflammatory. Will check with Dr Andre if we can give it or not. Mange wont kill him so no problem if he has to put up with mild mange a bit longer. Going to clear all the overgrown stuff and try and buy enough gravel to put around all kennels. This will stop the snakes until we can build proper kennels with cement and brick walls under the fencing.
