Bogus Buyers will always be around in the online selling community and due to some bogus buyers trying their way to fool online shops like ours, that their payments have been made ( even if they have not.... thanks to my trusty assistant who keeps track of all payment advises vs proofs of payments), we are now strictly implementing a NO PROOF OF PAYMENT, NO SHIPMENT POLICY. We are requesting all PROOFS OF PAYMENTS, such as deposit slips, transaction slips, screenshots of online transfers to be sent to our EMAIL ONLY. We will not accept proofs of payments sent to Viber or iMessage anymore from this day forward. We do not want to be strict on this matter however, your proofs of payments are more securely kept in the email rather than on iMessage and Viber. As I have said in a previous announcement, in this way, it will help us speed up the dispatch process as we have only one reference to go to for your orders and payments..........
