Boko Haram Butcher Arrested, Troops Repel Attack At New Marte, Chad Border Nigerian security forces have arrested is ‘a lead specialist in butchering human beings’ who uses daggers and cutlasses for his dastardly work, Defence Headquarters spokesman Chris Olukolade said on Friday.
