Boneless chicken breast and jumbo shrimp dredged through seasoned Cajun flour and fried in a ton of butter and white wine. When browned add artichoke hearts, andouille sausage, green onion, broccoli rabe, broccolini, okra, fresh garlic, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire, diced ham, paprika, minced onion and spinach. Cook until its Mmmmmm, and serve over angel hair pasta. Serve it with a ton of fresh green salad and some French bread. Pair it with a Syrah and promptly enter food coma. I ga-rawn-tee. Happy Sunday.
