Bonnie Mitchell of My my bonnie knitwear learned to hand knit from my grandmother as a young child and was instantly hooked. She have been knitting in various forms ever since. Bonnies knitwear label is a full time occupation. She uses old domestic knitting machines from the 60’s and 70,s. The pieces are made from natural fibers, mostly, fine merino wool. Bonnie says...Colours have friends and I like it when unlikely pairs find each other. She loves the texture of knitted fabric, and like to work it in her hands. All Bonnies products are hand shaped on my machines, then finished by hand. Each piece is truly unique.
