Bonnie and I are sitting and reading on this blustery, wet-snowy, day instead of working on our firewood. We are awaiting a new roof and just need a few days of no rain to see that work start. I had day-surgery last week and am sporting a 3cm round hole in my right foot (I can see the inner-workings and it aint pretty) where the doc excised out the area where I had a melanoma removed in early Sept. (Folks, keep and eye on your skin). Should be OK now, but I have seen more doctors in the last month than in my entire life. Melanoma gets their attention. So, Ive visited Nurse Practitioner, Family Practice Physician, Radiologist, Dermatologist, Plastic and General Surgeons. Folks, keep paying your taxes. So, with the weather being so poor it is not so bad just laying low waiting for skin to grow! I thought about posting a photo of the wound, but Bonnie soon set me straight on that idea. Oh, well...
