Booby post :) After a conversation with one of my clients this morning I thought this might be an interesting post that people can relate to and might make other people reconsider asking this stupid question. Do you have mens pecs? So if youre like myself (in the minority now) and you do bodybuilding but havent had implants then one of the things people are interested/intrigued/curious about is whether you have pecs or breasts. Breasts are made up of specialised breast tissue and fat tissue. When a woman diets down to very low bodyfat levels, the fat around the breast obviously goes when the abs arrive. Also if were training in a specific way that creates more muscle than your average none athlete woman then your oestrogen levels decrease, natural testosterone levels increase and so the breast tissue can decrease also. Once all that training and diets stops the fat and breast tissue comes back to normal. So a woman that trains as a bodybuilder, athlete or gymnast will most likely have smaller breasts but it doesnt mean they just vanish and are replaced with large muscular male pecs. She is still a woman and still has breasts with a feminine shape to her chest, she has toned muscle which youre able to see because of her low bodyfat levels. I wonder if Jessica ennis has ever been asked in an interview so do you actually have any boobs? Or just mens pecs? Because you look flat chested? I doubt it. But in bodybuilding it seems to be ok to ask this pointless and offensive question. Also youll notice Female bodybuilding seems to be the only sport where most of the women get implants. Imagine all the Olympic runners turning up with giant implants. Lol Ladies be proud of your body, be proud of how it looks because of all the powerful training you do and because you have the will power and dedication to do what you do.
