Today, Im going to show you two exercises that will strengthen and build your bootay - the hip thrust and bridge. Both of these exercises can be done in the gym or at home. Beginners: Complete 4 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise. Advanced: Add a 20 - 50# barbell over your hip as you complete each rep. Ladies, remember to start light to achieve proper form.
