#BootyBuilder!!!! Reverse hack squat focusing on ONLY working the glute muscles. There are various tempo you can use, once in awhile when I am on my building mode, I like to use Tempo 4-0-4 aka Time under Tension and really get those muscles burning and fighting for reps. Try these squats out and slower the drop with control of your glutes muscles and push through your heels while contracting your glute muscles to push back up!!!
