Born on this day in 1905: Joel McCrea. Now here is an actor who made all the right decisions. He married and stayed married to the gorgeous Frances Dee until the day he died. He gained acting experience at various studios and took different types of roles. Today he is largely forgotton as a star, however you probably have seen a movie with him in. Why? Because he took roles in movies that are now considered classics: Dead End, Sullivans Travels, The Plam Beach Story, Ride the High Country, The More the Merrier, The Most Dangerous Game, Adventure in Manhattan, Bird of Paradise and Foreign Correspondent.
