Both of my wines are fermenting nicely. The apple mango stopped prematurely due to lack of sugar. Added smore and it started back up nicely. The cranberry grape has been fermenting vigorously and is releasing a pungent fragrance which is quite pleasing. 5 days from now ill transfer them both into their secondary vessels. I kinda want to ferment ALL the sugary things.. haha.
