Both the eclipsing of the moon and of the sun have been used as universal signals to humanity concerning what God was about to do in the earth... Often it has been a signal from heaven that God was going to enter into judgment with either a specific people or specific nations, or that He was about to enter into judgment with all people and all nations of the earth. .... One of the judgments that God released against Ancient Israel for their persistent rebellion and persistent disobedience and defying of God and His commandments, is that He raised up Israels enemies and joined them together and He sent them against Israel and caused Israel to not only be defeated at their hands but also to be taken into their captivity... Often times He rose up the Syrians or the Assyrians or the Babylonians, who earned the reputation of being the most violent, ruthless, and impetuous people. Often it came through the terror which they would instill in the hearts of all their adversaries. They would be greatly feared because of the destruction and violence in which they would come. So.... God is warning the nations of the earth that our ways which contradict His ways and our ambitions will come to an end. Our idolatries, our customs, and our traditions will all come to an end. What is happening in the Middle-East you cannot stop. It is God who is now raising this evil up, just as He rose it up and sent it against Ancient Israel... The nations will choose. It will either be God and His truth, or it will be the deception and fear of the evil that shall condemn many to a fiery eternity from which there is no rest nor appeal. #JudgmentDaysAheadOfTheGreatAndTerribleJudgmentDay
