Bought a new Progressive Industries electrical management box. - TopicsExpress

Bought a new Progressive Industries electrical management box. Model number EMS-PT30C. Got all kinds of error codes after plugging it in. Waited the usual 2 plus minutes and all. Called their tech support line and they walked me through some diagnostics. Turns out I have high voltage coming in. Multimeter was showing 133+ volts at my home pedestal. The unit wont allow power to the TT above 132 volts. Now I need to call the electric company and have them come out and dial back the transformer out by the road. I threw away my older TRC unit thinking it went bad. Lesson learned, just a tip Im passing along. Test your voltage at the source before assuming your management box may be bad.
