Bought the new Behr Marquee Primer and Paint for Annabelles room. I was skeptical of the product because I have used Behr Ultra Primer and Paint in the past and always had to apply two coats of the only one coat paint. But, to my amazement the paint goes on great and really only needed one coat. I spent $42 on one gallon of paint so I was not happy about that, but if I would have used the other paint I usually do at $31, I would have had to apply two coats with two gallons at $62. So, we technically saved $20 by going with the better quality paint. Plus I was done a lot quicker. And I even have a quarter of the gallon left for touch up. We will definitely be painting the rest of the house with this miracle paint. More than anything this is just a heads up if u are considering buying the paint but the price scares you....spending the extra $10 a gallon saves you time and money and has an excellent finish. And by the way, I was painting over a medium toned brown with a light purple and it did not show through at all.
